Before removing old paint, plastering putty, blowing, derusting, mixing paint and painting, protective articles, such as work clothes, gloves and gas masks, must be worn. 7. After construction, wash hands and face with warm water or soap. 8. When painting on the vehicle, pay attention to whether the vehicle is stable. It is not allowed to replace scaffold with bucket or box. 9. All kinds of electric paint baking rooms (such as lighting, motor, electrical switch) in paint storehouse and painting place should adopt explosion-proof type, and the electrician should maintain them regularly to prevent mixed wires and short circuit. 10. During construction, it is necessary to avoid knocking, impact and friction, so as to avoid sparks and danger. 11. The solvent for wiping paint and the cotton yarn of various oils must be placed in the designated box and properly handled regularly. No littering is allowed to prevent spontaneous combustion. 12. At the end of the work, turn off the power supply, clean up the site and maintain the paint baking room. 13. Sufficient fire fighting equipment shall be provided.



Safety operation procedures for paint baking room



1、 Before painting: 1. Check the amount of diesel oil. 2. Check the cleanliness of the air inlet filter screen (it should be checked and replaced once a week). 3. Check the cleanliness of indoor air outlet filter screen (it should be replaced frequently according to the situation). 4. Check the setting temperature of indoor temperature indicator (during operation, the temperature setting shall not exceed 60 ℃).



2、 The operation sequence of spray painting start: 1. Turn on the main power switch first. 2. Then turn on the switch on the paint distribution panel (Note: turn it on clockwise and turn it off anticlockwise). 3. To turn on the lighting in the paint baking room, you can directly press the black button (the left side is the left side of the room, and the right side is the right side of the room).



3、 Spray painting: 1. Press the spray paint button (black), start the blower for half a minute, and check the motor ammeter indication value should be in the range of 18-20 amperes. 2. Press the heating button, the flamethrower and blower start to work. After about half a minute, the ignition chamber of the flamethrower is heated.



4、 Turn off the flamethrower first and then the blower (according to the heating temperature, it can be extended for 20 minutes at 50 ℃ and 10 minutes at 25 ℃).



5、 In the setting of air purification emission, the activated carbon should be regularly inspected and tested for purification effect to ensure the air purification quality and be replaced regularly.

1、 Daily maintenance



1. Clean the walls, glass and floor base of the room every day to avoid dust and paint dust accumulation. 2. Clean the air inlet dust screen every week. If the air pressure in the room increases for no reason, the dust screen must be replaced. 3. Clean the floor water pan every month and clean the diesel filter on the burner. 4. Check whether the drive belt of intake and exhaust motor is loose every quarter. 5. Clean the whole paint spraying room and floor net every half a year, check the circulating air door, check the exhaust passage of the burner, and clean the sediment in the oil tank. 6. Clean the whole heat energy converter, including combustion chamber and smoke exhaust passage every year. 7. The primary diesel filter needs to be removed and cleaned for 100 hours, and the filter element should be replaced after 200 hours; the secondary filter screen should be removed and cleaned after 200 hours. 8. Maintenance of the nozzle, use about 300 hours, if you find that the flame is very small and smoke, please remove it and clean it. Under normal circumstances, do not often open and wash.



2、 Air filtration system replacement



1. Air inlet filter cotton and bottom cotton are generally used for about 100 hours or once in 30-35 vehicles for cleaning or replacement. 2. The top cotton is usually used for about 400 hours or once for 100-150 vehicles, and then cleaned or replaced. If it is found that the dense fog cannot be discharged during painting, the top filter cotton will need to be replaced. 3. Generally, the activated carbon is sprayed continuously for about 100 hours or 70-80 vehicles are used for replacement. 4. The replaced paint containing waste and waste paint residue shall be stored in the hazardous waste storage point designated by the factory, which shall be uniformly handed over to the qualified company for disposal.



3、 Technical requirements of each system



1. The shell and blade of the air supply and exhaust motor of the air supply and exhaust system shall be cleaned regularly, and there shall be no accumulation of paint and dirt. All paths of paint in air ducts shall be cleaned regularly. 2. The connection parts of the oil and gas paths of the fuel heating device of the heating system shall be connected reliably and firmly without leakage and seepage. The heat exchanger shall be free from leakage, open welding, perforation and deformation. The surface of heat exchanger shall be free from paint adhesion. 3.
